Realizing projects and activity of IT Center
Main object of It Center is the development and supporting of software products for the Ministry of Finance and its subsidiaries.
One of flagship products of IT Center is UzASBO programme complex. UzASBO represents a modern tool for accounting and salary accounting in budget organizations, as well as interactive services with the interaction of the Treasury and the Ministry of Finance.
This cloud service is available to employees of budget organizations of the national segment of the Internet. Absorbs SaaS architecture, advanced technology solutions for the design, development and management.
Involved about 20 qualified specialists, including 12 representatives in the regions of the Republic.
Planned in April 2010 as a result of cooperation between Uzbekistan and the French Republic put into operation in June 2011.
In 2012 set up a separate module for salary accounting of employees in different fields of activity.
UzASBO is completely free for budget organization.
In 2014 the progress made by the Republic of Uzbekistan in UzASBO project were highly appreciated by French specialists.
Kadr-MF is a complete HRM system.
It automates workplaces of HR services in budget organizations. Kadr-MF was designed to work with distributed, multi-level hierarchy of HR services of the ministries and departments, including their subordinated and territorial divisions.
HR Services of higher-level can obtain access to data and CV of employees, receive the various statistical reports and create summary reports on all units, etc. Also Kadr-MF is a central service for authorization in other programme complexes.
Hujjat-MF developed according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated July 22, 2010 №155 on additional measures to conservation and sustainable use of paper in the Republic.
The documents flow is the one system that has ability to manage a hierarchy of offices within the same complex. So for the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan and all its divisions (more than 700) is required one programme complex arranged in a single data center of the Ministry of Finance.
Besides on a single server a copy of the paper document is stored in one copy.
VTEK is developed by IT Center in a concurrent engineering to automate business processes by E-accounting of the disabilities in medical experts committees.
The successful implementation of VTEK showed the possibility of ITC to work with the customer in new areas, review and develop the effective business model applicable for ITs.
Creation, integration and supporting of the information infrastructure as the treasury execution of the state budget and Pension programme complex.
Most of the work on integration (calculation of parameters of the server and network equipment, development and construction of information infrastructure, software environment management (database management, installation and configuration of middleware software and operating system settings), as well as supporting for infrastructure implemented by ITCenter of the Ministry of Finance.
ITCenter of the Ministry of Finance has experience in managing of the dynamic changes in the Treasury programme complex, subject to outsourcing software development. So in a historically short period of time have been significant changes in the structure and functional of the Treasury.
